This book covers a wide range of topics from fostering friendships to staying safe during seasonal activities like camping and fireworks. Thriving Kids with ADHD even includes tips on using exercise to boost cognitive abilities and planning stress-free vacations. The resources section puts a special emphasis on social media safety and includes video links that show how to effectively handle bullying situations.
9/10/26-9/14/26 has two FREE books. Support School at Home and Special Education and ADD are both small books that are packed with information to help your child have a successful school year.
Education starts at home, and there are many things that parents can do at home to support a student's progress at school. This book offers a coordinated plan to help with that. Especially if you have a child who has not been successful in their educational setting, this book can help you help them. This plan includes information about the importance of sleep and how it affects the child’s ability to process information. There is also a lot of information about supporting your child’s reading.
Special Education and ADD is a 92-page book made to help parents understand how to work with schools to get the support their children need. It shows how parents can be strong advocates for their kids’ education. It also offers simple ways for parents to help their children learn at home. The book talks about ways to deal with challenges caused by ADD, which can often lead teachers and others to wrongly judge kids. It explains how to talk to teachers about what your child needs if ADD is affecting their learning. The book also explains the difference between discipline and punishment, and looks at whether giving rewards really works. It reviews what science says about medicines like stimulants. Finally, it shares tips for teachers on how to help kids with ADD do better in the classroom.

9/17/26-9/21/26 has the extremely useful books Classroom Help for ADD and Adult ADD Information.
Classroom Help for ADD was written to address particular problems with focus, concentration, and basic skills. Classroom Help for ADD offers powerful research-based strategies for helping kids be more successful in school.
In particular, this book offers information for helping kids improve focus and concentration. The research on using rewards instead of punishment to help students activate focus is discussed. Powerful strategies for moving students from tangible to intrinsic rewards are examined. Also discussed are several ways to increase concentration for students in all settings. This book gives different ways to get better at academic reading and basic math skills. This includes several easy games that are a lot more fun than flash cards!
In 125 pages, Adult ADD Information helps with lowering stress, improving concentration, and debunking myths about ADHD. Managing the negative symptoms of ADHD with and without medication is discussed. The question of “Why do some people seem to outgrow ADHD?” is also examined. There is a powerful resources section. Don’t forget the audio book!
9/24/26-9/28/26 has one of my best books FREE! Educating Students with ADHD K Thru College is a compilation of ALL of my Education Series and a bonus book, Holidays with ADD.
Educating Students with ADHD K Thru College is a powerful guide for parents who want to help their child with ADHD get the best possible education, while making sure that they maintain their love of learning. The book has a robust resources section with reviews of useful websites, books, and videos. Included in the book is also a bonus book, Holidays with ADD. From strategies for reading effectively to mastering math facts, this book contains information to help students excel in the K-12 classroom and beyond.
Information is provided about how students with this neuro-difference learn best, so that parents can effectively advocate to help their student get an appropriate education. College planning is discussed. If a student finds himself in academic trouble in the freshman year, as so many seem to do, organizational strategies to have a strong finish to the freshman year are detailed. This book is a powerful resource for parents and college students.
This book has an audio book that is 8 hours and 30 minutes long for just $1.99, when you buy this book for $0.00-FREE!
When I started writing these books, I did it to share information with other parents of neurodivergent kids and those people who teach them. I didn’t do it for money or glory; I did it to spread useful tips and strategies to help others. This is information that I have gained through 30+ years of teaching and parenting. Please let your family and friends know about these FREE BOOK deals every month. I would love to give away dozens!
